It provides keyword searching or browsing by subject categories that include business and economics, cultural diversity, and Ejournals. The social sciences and humanities category contains vocational education and training (VET) related information on topics such as vocational education, vocational guidance, career development and technical education.
Intute
Intute provides a gateway to web resources for education and research in arts and humanities, health and life sciences, science and technology, and the social sciences. Vocational education and training (VET) related topics covered in the education and research methods topic include further education, adult education, vocational education and educational policy. The website provides further information about the directory, support materials, A-Z of services, listing of new resources and MyIntute which provides the opportunity to personalise use of the content. Intute closed in July 2011. Please note that the site has now been archived and no further resources will be added to the catalogue and no changes will be made to existing content.

Launched in January 2010, ipl2 merges the collections of resources from the Internet Public Library (IPL) and the Librarians' Internet Index (LII) websites. This website provides access to a directory of websites selected, evaluated, described and organised by libraries which can be searched by keyword or browsed by categories. Society and social science is the sub-category listing vocational education and training related information on topics such as adult education, career development, education research and research institutes.
